The main target of the project is to advise and to give attendance to the Subdivision of Power Planning of ENDESA in those tasks that can require this subdivision by means of studies and analysis, excluding the implementation from new algorithms or utilities that are tasks including in project HEPLASE2006. Therefore, under this main target the tasks can be very diverse and in addition they are very subject to the uncertainty that raise the regulatory changes and of the market in general.
